Organization history

International Research Organization and Academic Publication (IROAP) was established to help professionals, students, educators, young researchers, and early-career scholars publish research outputs in a structured, ethical, and accessible way.

IROAP is academically connected with INSPIRE PH (inspire-ph.org). This publication website is not connected with aspire-inc.org, and public-facing partnership references should point to inspire-ph.org.

To provide responsive publication support that helps authors prepare, submit, review, publish, index, cite, and preserve research according to recognized scholarly publication practices.

Publication assistance boundaries

IROAP may assist with formatting checks, policy guidance, metadata preparation, citation display, repository submission support, and publication workflow coordination. IROAP does not sell authorship, create false data, ghostwrite research results, manipulate peer review, or guarantee acceptance, indexing, or citation counts.

IROAP welcomes research from education, information technology, computer science, engineering, health sciences, business, agriculture, social sciences, humanities, environmental science, mathematics, public administration, and other professional fields.
