Author Guidelines

Preparation standards that help professional researchers and student researchers submit publication-ready manuscripts to IROAP.

Manuscript preparation

Submissions should include a clear title, abstract, keywords, author list, affiliations, corresponding author details, ORCID when available, funding statement, and complete references.

IMRAD structure requirements

Introduction

State the problem, context, and objective clearly.

Methodology

Describe design, participants, instruments, procedures, and analysis.

Results

Present findings accurately without distortion.

Discussion

Interpret results, limitations, and implications.

Conclusion

Summarize the key contribution and practical meaning.

References

Provide complete and accurate citation information.

Data and permissions

Authors must ensure they have the right to share data, figures, tables, images, instruments, appendices, and any third-party material included in the manuscript.

Citation and discoverability

IROAP displays article metadata and citation formats for published work. Accurate titles, abstracts, keywords, and author details improve repository discoverability and scholarly indexing.

File requirements

Only PDF files are accepted, up to 50 MB per manuscript.

Online visibility

Accepted papers are published online in the IROAP repository and prepared for exposure to Zenodo, OpenAIRE, Google Scholar, and the IROAP publication repository, subject to repository eligibility, platform processing, and indexing timelines.
