Platform use terms for guests, authors, reviewers, editors, and administrators.
Nature of the service
IROAP is a publication support and research repository website. It helps authors prepare for ethical publication, but it does not guarantee acceptance, repository ingestion, indexing speed, citation performance, or legal immunity for submitted content.
Prohibited uses
Users may not use IROAP for ghostwriting services, fabricated peer review, false authorship claims, plagiarism, unlawful data disclosure, copyright infringement, malware upload, or any fraudulent publication activity.
Submission responsibility
Authors remain responsible for originality, authorship accuracy, ethical approval, permissions, funding disclosure, privacy compliance, conflict disclosure, and citation accuracy.
Editorial discretion
Editors may screen, assign reviewers, request revisions, accept, reject, correct, withdraw, restrict, or retract submissions according to publication policies, technical constraints, and legal or ethical concerns.
Third-party repository and indexing disclaimer
IROAP may prepare and expose accepted papers for access through Zenodo, OpenAIRE, Google Scholar, and the IROAP publication repository, but each external service has its own eligibility, review, harvesting, and indexing processes. External availability timelines are outside IROAP's direct control.
Takedown and legal compliance
IROAP may remove, restrict, or preserve content when responding to privacy complaints, copyright notices, court orders, institutional requests, security incidents, or other lawful and necessary compliance actions.
