Important Membership, Processing & Publication Notice

Membership requirement

All authors, including co-authors, are required to be members of the International Network for Scholarly Publication, Innovation, and Research Excellence.

The network serves as a research community and international platform for researchers, graduate scholars, academic institutions, and publication partners committed to rigorous research engagement, ethical dissemination of knowledge, and evidence-based innovation across disciplines.

Processing and verification

All manuscripts undergo careful review and verification. Processing timelines are estimates and may be extended depending on the verification required and the time needed for authors to submit requested information, supporting documents, clarifications, or revisions. Authors are encouraged to respond promptly to help prevent delays.

Editorial review and publication

Publication is subject to the outcome of the review process and final editorial approval. Neither membership nor the selection of a faster processing package guarantees acceptance or exempts a manuscript from review requirements. All submissions must meet the applicable editorial and publication standards, regardless of the selected package.

Certificates of Publication and Digital Object Identifier (DOI) issuance are provided only for articles that have been accepted and published.
