About IROAP

A scholarly publication platform committed to ethical review, publication integrity, and international research visibility.

IROAP Mandate

The International Research Organization and Academic Publication (IROAP) is established to support the ethical, systematic, and accessible dissemination of scholarly research. It provides a professional publication environment for educators, professionals, students, and emerging researchers whose work contributes to academic knowledge, institutional development, community practice, and multidisciplinary innovation.

IROAP facilitates responsible editorial screening, peer review coordination, publication preparation, citation metadata, online repository access, and long-term scholarly visibility. Published papers are presented through searchable article records so readers, institutions, and the wider academic community can discover, read, download, cite, and share research in accordance with recognized publication standards.

IROAP has been registered with the National Library of the Philippines and registered with the International Centre for ISSN, Paris, supporting its publication identity as an internationally recognized serial publication record.

Vision

To become a trusted publication platform where professional researchers and student researchers can share quality research with readers, institutions, and communities worldwide.

Mission

To provide responsive publication support that helps authors prepare, submit, review, publish, index, cite, and preserve research according to recognized scholarly publication practices.

Publication identifiers

All papers published under IROAP will receive a Publication ID, the International ISSN assigned to the journal, and a DOI number for citation and verification purposes.

  • Publication ID is the unique IROAP record number assigned to a published paper. It helps authors, readers, and institutions verify that the paper belongs to the official IROAP publication repository.
  • International ISSN means International Standard Serial Number. It is the internationally recognized identifier for a continuing journal or serial publication. For IROAP, the Online ISSN identifies the journal title under which accepted papers are published.
  • DOI No. means Digital Object Identifier number. A DOI provides a persistent, citation-ready link to a scholarly work so the article can be reliably located, referenced, and tracked even if website addresses change.

Objectives

  • Help professionals and young researchers publish original IMRAD research papers and scholarly outputs.
  • Guide manuscripts through ethical editorial screening, peer review, publication, and online repository presentation.
  • Maintain searchable article metadata for discoverability, citation, and repository interoperability.
  • Support multidisciplinary publication across academic, professional, and community-based research fields.

Publication assistance boundaries

IROAP may assist with formatting checks, policy guidance, metadata preparation, citation display, repository submission support, and publication workflow coordination. IROAP does not sell authorship, create false data, ghostwrite research results, manipulate peer review, or guarantee acceptance, indexing, or citation counts.
